  The completion process based on using the sand screen with large bore and precision microbore is featured by large filter area, small flow resistance, high permeability, strong anti-blockage ability, high intensity and long life cycle, and it can protect hydrocarbon reservoir and reduce damage to formation during completion operation significantly; it can guarantee the connectivity between hydrocarbon reservoir and borehole, control sand production effectively and prevent hole collapse, which will ensure long-term production of the well and facilitate well operations and sidetrack drilling at later stage of the development period. Cementing the part above the deflecting section can seal the upper water layer of the reservoir effectively, prevent channeling of oil, gas and water, and protect upper production casings. Besides, flushing, acidizing, expansion sealing and primary string can be adopted for high-volume backflow. In case of long horizontal section or heterogeneous development of formation, use an open hole packer to segment, which allows production of formation and oil reservoir by section so as to improve recovery ratios; variable-density flow control technology is used to delay and stop thrusting of bottom water, which can effectively reduce the contamination to reservoir during drilling. Compared with conventional well completion system, the cost of completion can be greatly diminished.
